Established in 2013, DCLAD was founded as a specialized department within its parent company, Delta Corporation, to provide high-quality Weld Overlay Cladding services for a wide range of wellhead components. Over the years, DCLAD has grown into a trusted brand in the Oil & Gas market across Qatar and neighboring regions, building a reputation for reliability and technical excellence.
The rising demand for Weld Overlay Cladded products in the Middle East fueled DCLAD’s evolution from a supporting function into an independent manufacturing entity under Delta Group. Our product portfolio has expanded beyond wellhead components to include piping and pipeline elements such as pipes, fittings, and flanges, meeting the region’s most demanding standards.
Today, DCLAD operates a fully equipped Weld Overlay Cladding workshop featuring 100% automated GTAW Cladding Machines with industry-leading CRA deposition rates, high-precision CNC machines, and comprehensive in-house NDT capabilities—all supported by a skilled workforce with a proven track record.
