CNC machining capabilities hold a significant importance as an interim operation within the Weld Overlay Cladding process. The knowledge and experience of CNC machining, inherited from our parent company (Delta Corporation), ranks DCLAD amongst the finest in the region. We have a state-of-the art machine shop equipped with CNC controlled machinery of varying functionalities, some integrated with robotics, capable of up taking any type of CNC machining tasks entailing high precision and surface finishing.

These robust capabilities strengthen DCLAD final Clad products, given the impressive surface finishing and precision levels it could achieve in the pre-cladding and post-cladding stages, yielding excellent dimensional results within the strictest of tolerances.
