Project Management

A core strength of DCLAD is the professional approach it adopts in managing its projects. We have a project management department comprised of engineers with more than a decade of project management experience in the field of Weld Overlay Cladding. A skilled project engineer, reporting to a project manager, is assigned for every project serving as a pivotal point of communication between our respective customers and the internal cross-functional departments.

This stimulates our mission in achieving customer satisfaction given the numerous value additions we could introduce to our overall customer experience, such as; high responsiveness to customers requests, effective planning and scheduling, progress reporting, proper documentation, budget control, professional management of change orders, risk assessment and management, project-closure activities, and many others.
